Kimberley brings a wealth of knowledge to this office being in the industry for 14 years. She started off at the tender age of 17 when she landed her first job in real estate. It was here where she learnt the building blocks of her success. At the age of 22, she opened up her first office in Mount Barker working very long days, every day.

The hard work of owning a real estate office has never turned her away, as the passion for success grew more every day. Today Kimberley leads that pack with her outstanding results and her commitment to the industry.

Trent, before entering real estate he had a successful career in marketing, before opening up a real estate office in Mount Barker with his wife Kimberley 9 years ago.

Trent has continued to share his knowledge to create a very successful marketing method and ensures that top prices are always achieved quickly and with minimal disruption to the individual seller. Trent is also a qualified auctioneer and is continuing his managerial studies. Furthermore he is also qualified in commercial and business sales and has proved to be extremely successful in the area of the business.

Trent and Kimberley have recently acquired Brock Harcourts Woodside. Both offices are owned and managed by Trent and Kimberley Shorland and continue growing every day. Now Trent and Kimberley are employing 7 fully qualified sales people, 4 of which are located at the Mount Barker office. 3 full time sales support staff and 3 property managers who handle over 200 rental properties.
